Amazon announces mobile app for app store development

Online retail giant Amazon has announced  a new mobile app that aims at the developers to create apps  for the Android  Appstore. The new announcement has been made so as to challenge  similar services in Google and Twitter.

The new programme has been announced against other similar services of Amazon and Twitter in the mobile ads market. Amazon has introduced the Advertise your App with Amazon and allows  the developers  to create apps for  Amazon to promote  them across the network of Fire  tablet wake-screens.

Amazon now no longer offers the buyers the ability to pay extra to remove the ads and the app install ads have the  potential to reach about millions of customers. It is still not clear if the ads will  be shown to the users  of other products of Amazon like the Amazon Fire Phone  or the Fire TV Sticks. The app developers can reach the Android users who are not wielding an Amazon Fire tablet, as the ads will be distributed through  the mobile placements on Amazon Mobile ad network.

Amazon has said that the new campaign  takes less than 90 seconds to set up but requires  an investment of $100 or more. The developers  will have to pay only when  a user clicks  on the advertisement.
