HTC ‘Flyer’ Tablet PC Details, Device Running On The Latest Android

Gadget Herald: China’s top cellphone manufacturer, HTC, has done it as there are details which have leaked in context to the HTC Flyer Tablet PC. The device is said to be running on the Android Gingerbread 2.3 operating system, plus it will also feature a 7inch touch screen display. The pixel resolution of this device is 1024×600, and it also has the HTC Sense UI.

The Flyer will have 4GB of inbuilt memory, and runs on the 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 also 1GB of RAM, which is pretty fast compared to the latest tablets. There are two camera’s on this device, a 5.0 megapixel camera in the rear and a 1.3 megapixel in the front.

Analysts state, the device should come along with a Stylus, and feature DLNA video streaming. It also comes with a HDMI port, so that it can connect to a High Definition screen. The flyer should be in the US market by the month of March and in Europe by the month of April. It will be disappointing if the device will not come into the market with the Android 2.3 operating system.
