Chinese tele-communcations equipment company Huawei has launched its Watch Elegant and Watch Jewel for the US market. Like many other companies, Huawei is also making smartphones and us trying to lure women through its products. Smartwatches are typically pretty big and do not find places on the smaller wrists.
The Jewel version of the Watch has actual Jewels to the smartwatch while the Elegant variant has a textured bezel that makes it look elegant. Moreover, both the watches are a bit larger than the original Huawei Watch. The new versions measure 44mm compared to 42 mm in the original. The watches are now available in the US market.
The new Watches from Huawei can be purchased from Amazon apart from the Google Store, B&H Photo, Best Buy and Newegg. The Watch Elegant has been priced at $499 while the Watch Jewel has a price tag of $599. These are the actual prices but Amazon is currently offering a $50 off which means the Elegant is priced $449 and the Jewel costs $549.
The standard Huawei Watch is also on sale starting at $249. In terms of functionality, there isn’t anything new in the two models. But the Huawei Watch is one of the best looking smartwatches in the market.
