Xiaomi globally launches the Pocophone F1 smartphone

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has globally launched its Pocophone sub-brand by unveiling its Pocophone F1 in the global market including India, France, Jakarta and Hong Kong on August 27, 2018. Xiaomi is conducting simultaneous events all the countries.

In France, the Pocophone F1 will begin from €330 for the configuration of 6 GB + 64 GB while the 6 GB + 128 GB configuration will be priced at €370. The availability of the smartphone in other countries in Europe will follow soon. The sales will open in September 2018. The gadget enthusiasts in Spain will be able to have their hands on the Pocophone F1 on August 30 starting at €300 that will have a configuration of 6 GB + 64 GB.

The Hong Kong smartphone users will be able to buy the Pocophone F1for HKD 2,800 from August 30, 2018 for the 6GB + 128 GB configuration. For the Indonesian users the device will be available for RP 4.4m with the configuration of 6 GB + 64 GB version while the 6 GB + 128 GB configuration version will be priced at 4.9m. The Armoured version of the smartphone with a configuration of 6 GB + 128 GB will be priced at RP 5.1m.

The new Pocophone has been priced on the upper midranger but is surely a flagship phone. The device features a Snapchat 845 chipset which has a 6.18 inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 X224 px, dual 12 MP and 5MP main camera with 20 MP front camera for those perfect selfies and an infrared assisted Face Unlock. The company has also promised that the Pocophone F1 will have an Android P by the end of 2018. Overall Poco is just a brand and not a separate company. It has come in line with the One Plus brand which has become popular in the market. One Plus recently launched its flagship phone One Plus 6 which has top notch features  and is offered on a budget for the gadget enthusiasts. Its time to see what Pocophone has to offer for the users.
