The Mobile World Congress 2020 that was due to be held in Barcelona from February 24, 2020 was cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus scare. The event was responsible for many companies as they were about to unveil their respective products. After the cancellation, the companies who were expected to participate in the event were expected to host a replacement event to launch event for their new smartphones.Nokia has announced that it is holding an event on March 19, 2020 at 4 PM GMT when it will be launching its new set of smartphones.

A number of press agencies have been invited for the event that will be held in London. But it still cannot be said if Nokia is launching the devices on a global basis or it is just for the European countries. If the MWC 2020 was held then Nokis could have launched the Nokia 10 along with other budget devices or the mid range ones. A recent leaked report had hinted that the event could see the launch of the Nokia 9.2 that could be the Nokia 10 as the teaser just showed a circular camera bump, which makes it very vague. Joho Sarvikas, the Chief Product Officer at HMD Global, the parent company of Nokia hinted about the white circles that looked similar to that on the flyer.

A Tweet by Sarvikas, the Chief Product Officer had linked the save the date announcement with the iconic Bond introduction and also mentioned about the upcoming Bond film No Time To Die and referred saying No Time To Wait.

This has clearly hinted that the event will have something that is related to the Bond film. There are possibilities that there can be a phone that will have the 007 branding and the makers of the film will also be able to promote it through Nokia. Whatever the case may be, the audience will get to know about it on March 19, 2020.
