Tech giant Apple is one of the popular manufacturers of gadgets. It has dominated the gadget market for a long time and has also managed to grab a lot of revenue in recent times despite the pandemic situation. While you might think that you are knowing all about the Apple gadgets and how it works, there are certain facts that are only known by the Apple employees. The tricky part is that they will never share about it. Here are some of the facts that Apple employees would never share with the customers.

1. Refurbished are the best deals – When the term ‘refurbished’ is tagged with a gadget, then it is a usual reaction of the customers to stay away from it. But the fact is that these are the gadgets that come with the best deal possible as they come with a significantly low price. One of the former employees of Apple suggested that one should always consider the refurbished ones before you opt for the new ones.

2. Special discounts for students and teachers – Not many are aware that any teacher or student regardless of their age are entitled to have a discount on the Macs.

3. Certain issues are easy to fix – One of the former employees has said that certain problems in the iPhone just needs the user to force start the device which can be easily done at home. Here the users can avoid waiting at the long lines at the Apple store.

4. Cords and ear-buds can be exchanged under warranty– Users of iPhone need to know that their earphones and cords are covered under warranty for a year. But the users will have to have a Genius Bar appointment. The sales staff are not authorized the swap as they need to be matched with the iPhones.

5. They have a clap culture – There is a trend of clapping among the employees. They would clap for a new hire, after the end of a meeting or a shift, on the last day of an employees when he/she quits and more.
