Handset manufacturer Sony has announced the premium version of its Xperia Z3 smartphone known as the Xperia Z3+. The new smartphone is light in weight and thinner than the original. The premier Xperia Z3+ also comes with an upgraded processor.
The height of the smartphone is the same as the Xperia Z3 with 146 X 72mm but is thinner than the earlier version which has made it lighter at 144grams compared to 152 grams. Some of the features of the device include an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor. Sony has claimed that the new processor will allow the users to browse faster than ever with the optimal graphics experience.
The new Z3+ offers the same amount of RAM as the Xperia Z3 3GB. More features of the device includes a 5.2 inch full HD 1080 triluminous display similar to the Z3, 20.7 MP rear camera that has features like analyzing the photographic environment and also automatically adjusts the settings so as to make the settings look at their best.
The new Z3+’s battery is actually smaller than the Z3’s battery but Sony has claimed that the battery in the new smartphone is equal to two days of battery life. The new Xperia Z3+ is available in white, black and copper.
