Apart from its Back to University promotions that is launched in Australia, New Zealand and Brazil, the company has unveiled a pair of special edition Beats Solo 3 wireless Headphones which is a part of the Chinese New Year gift guide.

The Chinese New Year is just round the corner and Apple has already announced some new records for the iPhone activations in the US and Canada along with the App Store’s success over the New Year. The new announcement has been made specifically for its Chinese customers. The Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphone is available in silver wing grey, which is a New Year Special Edition Beats Headphones which is currently available only in China. It continues the trend of decorating Beats in unique celebratory deals.

In October 2018, Apple had unveiled the limited edition Mickey Mouse Beats Solo 3 models that celebrated the 90th anniversary of the famous Disney Cartoon character and before that Apple had released the Decade Edition model of the Solo 3 as a tribute to the longevity of Beats brand that the company had acquired in 2014. However the gift guide itself does not include any discounts or sale. The Silver Wing Grey Solo 3 is available for RMB 2,268 and will be shipped right away. At the same time the new holiday guide for Chinese New Year should not come as too much of a surprise. Apple said that the recent decline in the Greater China economy has affected its sales in the country and has contributed to a $9 billion shortfall in the expected revenue for the first fiscal year 2019.
