The Nintendo Switch Lite already has a number of fans and the company has now announced a new color for the handheld console. The new color is a pretty coral pink shade. However, the fact remains that how many people might be intending to buy a new Switch Lite, but this also leads to a question if why the Switch Lite devices do not come in more vibrant colors.
Nintendo assured that the new color of the device will be launched along with the new Animal crossing game known as, New Horizons. The company has not stopped here but also intends to release an AC-branded Switch Classic in green and blue colors. But the pink color surely stands out and is also one of the boldest steps that is taken by Nintendo in terms of color.
Gamers are actually used to the classic colors that the consoles have. The thing that actually mattered then was its durability and the way it entertained the gamers and how comfortable it was in a long term use. Many gamers continue to enjoy the console that they have and many are still not able to understand all the curiosity with the new color or the need for it. The basic color has always been black and consoles are expected to be devices of fun and the black color does gives it some sense.
But no one still does not know how the PlayStation 5 would look like or what color it would be. It is already known that the Xbox Series X will be a black box and the PS5 is also expected to be the same. Not everyone has liked the idea about having a colored consoles. However, many people would accept a few colors like the PS5 in royal blue color or something like neon green. But a pink Switch Lite is something that would take some time for the gamers to accept.
