OnePlus 8 series to be launched with wireless charging

Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has always had the reputation of offering some of the best featured smartphones with the best and lowest price tags without compromising on the quality. The brand is now popular across the globe and managed to give a tough fight to the giants like Samsung and Huawei. However, there is only one thing the company has lagged behind for and it is for wireless charging. So far the company has not made a single smartphone device that has wireless charging. It is a feature that many smartphone enthusiasts are looking forward to.

But this will no longer be the case with OnePlus as the company is all set to launch its upcoming OnePlus 8 with wireless charging. The best part is that it will be the fastest charging anyone has ever experienced. The Chinese giant has its Warp Charge in place and will have the ability to charge the phones to 50 percent in just half an hour. This is faster than most of the current mobile phones which are able to charge through a cable. The fast wireless charging would be because of the 30W power. On the other hand when it is compared to Huawei it has 27W wireless charging in place for its Mate 30 Pro. The Samsung wireless charging has a lowest power with just 10W.

OnePlus has been able to achieve such fast charging because of a chip that allows a real-time communication to be established between the charger and the smartphone. This also means that the wireless charging will be possible for only those who own the OnePlus 8 family smartphones. The other QI-compatible devices will only be limited to the 5W on the charger. The OnePlus 8 series has been leaked at this point which means that the details of its features and characteristics are known by all.

OnePlus has also announced that it is all set to launch the device on April 14, which means that more information will be known shortly.
