Apple extends 0% Apple Card financing for iPad, AirPods, Mac and others

Cupertino based giant Apple has announced and launched financing support for its products with Apple Card at 0% interest. The financing options are available for the Mac line up, AirPods, iPad, AirPods, Apple Pencil and more. However, this is not the first time the company has announced 0% financing for the Apple products. It was in the month of December when the company had announced 0% financing for iPhone for the Apple Card users.

During a recent earnings call, Tim Cook had hinted that similar promotions could be available for the rest of the Apple products. But some of the recent report had indicated that the launch would happen. This could have also been the best time when Apple decided to offer 0% interest on its products. Due to the coronavirus pandemic many people these days are finding it tough to purchase such expensive Apple products. Such an offer from Apple could be a boon for people who were longing to buy Apple products with ease.

The Apple products that have a higher pricing like the Mac and the iPad Pro can be bought with 12 month financing with 0% interest while the smaller items like the AirPods and the AirPods Pro can be bought with 6 month finance with 0% interest. Apple Watch is not being offered under the financing options and no clarifications have been made by the company on that. The Mac Pro and the Pro Display XDR are eligible for finance. The Pro Display XDR can be bought at $416.58 per month while the Mac Pro can be bought at $499.91 per month.

The company is also allowing finance of the iPad hardware alongside the accessories. For instance buyers can finance the iPad Pro, Magic Keyboard and the Apple Pencil for 12 months at 0% interest despite the fact that the Apple Pencil is a low-cost item. People will continue to receive a 3% cash back with the purchases made by Apple Card.
