Samsung begins component production for Galaxy S22 models

The problem of chip shortage has become a problem for a number of companies across the globe, which has affected the rollout of the new devices. The plans of a number of companies are being jeopardized and even a company like Samsung has not been spared by the issue. While the South Korean giant is already aware of the crisis, it is trying its level best to dodge it. A fresh report has claimed that Samsung has started the mass production of components that will be found in the upcoming Galaxy S22 series.

Samsung is facing some problem with the current process of mass production, but so far the giant has not received any major set-back. Reports have mentioned that it is rolling out the flex cables that connect a number of circuit boards in the Galaxy S22 models. The parts are being made for the Galaxy S22, the S22 Plus, and the S22 Ultra. The parts are being manufactured in a number of plants in Asia since the middle of last week. Talking about the volume, it has already reached tens of thousands of units, but reports have claimed that the company is facing a few quality control problems.

But thankfully, the problem has not reached to a devastating level for Samsung during its mass production progress. This has indicated that the problems have been encountered within the margin of error. The parts for all the three variants of the Galaxy S22 are in parallel formation. The top end version of the smartphone, the Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to be heavily marketed across the United States. The other versions are expected to be marketed in other countries.

Samsung is expected to begin the pre-orders of the Galaxy S22 from February 7, 2022 and an official launch is expected to be held a few days later. Looking at the pre-order date, it surely seems that Samsung would prefer to be careful about its approach.
