South Korean giant Samsung has earlier clarified that it is busy promoting its Fold edition of its foldable smartphones due to the popularity of the segment. The recent development and announcement has indicated the company’s commitment towards its focus towards the foldable segment. Samsung will now allow the users to design their own Galaxy Z Flip 3. This means that if a buyer of the Z Flip 3 is not satisfied with the existing color combinations, the company will lay down color options with the help of its new Z Flip 3 Bespoke Edition. The official announcement of the latest edition was announced at the Unpack Part 2 event held on October 20, 2021.
However, it has to be clarified that the Bespoke Edition will not have any color that the user wishes for , but it has a number of options. The users will be able to select a black or silver color phone frame, front and back colors that include yellow, blue, white, pink or black. To make things more interesting, if the user is bored of the color combination, then they will be able to make a slight change by swapping the colors on the back glass panel at a cost with the help of the Bespoke Upgrade Care Service.
Samsung has said that the cost of the panel vary and begin from $79. The service will be available from the month of November, 2021. At the same time, the users will have to have the black color due to the cover screen which means that the users have to keep in mind the color combinations.
Interested users will be able to customize one for themselves on Samsung’s website from October 20, 2021. But that surely comes at a price as the Bespoke Edition costs $1,099 which is $100 more than the base model. Apart from the Z Flip 3 the company has also launched the Galaxy Watch 4 Bespoke Studio that will allow the users to customize the Watch 4 as per their likes.
