After a number of rumours and speculations, Apple has finally announced that it is all set to host its first event of 2022 on March 8, 2022. The upcoming event has the tagline ‘Peek Performance’ where there are chances that the company might reveal the new iPhone SE with 5G along with a new iPad Air or a Mac Mini. The event is all set to be streamed live on Tuesday on March 8, 2022 at 10 AM PT/1 PM PT.
It is expected to be a pre-recorded event that has been a practice with Apple with its earlier streamed events. The event is expected to have a flashy introduction with a number of set dressings for the executives who talk about the new and upcoming products. People who are interested to witness the event can tune in to the Apple’s website, the Apple TV app or the YouTube channel of Apple. If you are planning to watch the event from the YouTube channel or from the Apple website, they can have the option to set a reminder or add it to the Calendar.
The Cupertino based giant has remained silent over the details of the upcoming event and has also not talked about what the spectators can expect from it. This is the usual practice of Apple of remaining silent about the launches, especially with its hardware. However, there are a number of rumours about what people can expect from the event including the new iPhone SE 5G, new Macs or a new and refreshed iPad Air. There is also a possibility that Apple might come up with its new M2 chip.
Despite the crisis going on in Russia and Ukraine, the company has gone ahead to host the event which has clearly indicated that Apple means business and condemns the invasions by Russia. More details of the event are expected to be out once the event concludes. Watch out this space for more details.
