Gadget Herald: The Viewsonic Viewpad 7 has made it to the market, and yet once again we have an Android Tablet. The Viewpad is a 7inch tablet which stands out of the crowd, and is the first tablet manufactured by Viewsonic for its global market. The device is running on the Android operating system which is quite handy and common these days.
The device has been priced at $599 in the global market, and is compared with the iPad and Galaxy Tab. It has a wider screen, with higher resolution, dual cameras with stereo speakers. Even though it has really great features, the company is not a great performer when it comes to quality.
With such a high price, one could opt for another device in the market. The company will need to put some stress in manufacturing better quality products especially when it has stepped into tablets. It comes with a headphone jack, microphone jack, USB port, and also a SIM slot, for phone connectivity. What is more exciting the device weighs only 13 ounces, lightest in tablets.
