Gadget Herald: After the reasonable success of the HTC MyTouch 4G, the Taiwan-based mobile manufacturer will soon be launching Sensation 4G. For all those looking out for the new mobile, they can get their handsets at T-Mobile stores by 15th June 2011.
There are also possibilities that the Sensation 4G may be available at Wal-Mart on 12th June. The new HTC phone is power packed with features and comes with the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system, with a 1.2 GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
The HTC Sensation will also come with features like a 8 Mega Pixel rear camera, along with dual LED flash and auto focus and digital zoom, front facing camera for video calling with 1080p HD video recording and a 4.3 inch touch screen display.
However, the only negative point is the misleading 4 G advertisement. Despite the name, the handset does not support 4G as the MyTouch 4G did. The Sensation can only support 14.4 Mbps downstream and 5.6 Mbps for uploads. The 4G needs at least HSPA+21 , while the Sensation supports only HSPA+14.4.
The HTC Sensation 4G will be made available and retailed in stores on 15th June and is also likely to be available at Wal-Mart on 12th June.
