Since many months it has been reported that the Cupertino based giant Apple is working on the new iPad and MacBook that will feature Mini-LED displays. But a new research note from the popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has confirmed about a date and has mentioned that the devices can be out later in 2020. It was Kuo who has earlier stated that the company might come up with tablets and laptops that will be based on a new screen technology.
But when the earlier news was out, he had then said that the devices would be out in 2020 or in 2021. But the recent research note by the popular analyst has confirmed that Apple is all set to release the new iPad Pro and its 16 inch MacBook Pro that will feature mini LED screens by the end of 2020. The note by Kuo has pointed out that the iPad Pro update will be out during the early time during the third quarter in 2020. The device will feature an updated A14X processor while the MacBook Pro will be released on a later date in the fourth quarter and might even match with the date when the 16 inch MacBook Pro was launched.
It has also been predicted by the analyst that the company might come up with more devices that can be out in the upcoming three years. Kuo has also mentioned that Apple is more inclined towards the Mini-LED panels than the OLEDs for its larger devices as they have features which are similar. It offers a wide color gamut with localized dimming, dynamic range and high contrast.
Apple has been working hard in recent times in terms of its hardware and has taken the customer feedback very seriously. The recent devices that have been launched offer a good battery life, that many of the users had earlier complained of.
